FATEOR.

I designed Fateor, an app prototype aimed at supporting individuals struggling with addiction by helping them access professional assistance and encouraging self-reflection. The name Fateor, meaning “admit” in Latin, was chosen to reflect the fundamental first step in recovery—admitting that there is a problem that needs to be addressed.

The app’s design focuses on providing a user-friendly, intuitive experience that fosters a safe and supportive environment. Key features include seamless access to licensed therapists, allowing users to connect with professionals for personalized guidance. Additionally, the app includes tools for self-reflection, such as journaling prompts and progress trackers, to help users actively engage in their recovery journey.

The visual design of Fateor is calm and minimalistic, using soothing colors and clean typography to create a sense of comfort and clarity. This design approach was intended to reduce anxiety and promote focus, making the app a welcoming space for users who are taking the courageous step of seeking help. By combining professional support with tools for self-awareness, Fateor empowers individuals to take control of their recovery, offering them both the resources and the mental space needed to work through their addiction in a meaningful way.
